A year before I became aware of you and Realnet I felt lucky that someone could build me a BUDGET website.

To ME, it looked good – lots of nice pictures that I’d paid a photographer a fair bit of money to produce. I didn’t WORRY when the enquiries never came because I underestimated the growth in the market of people seeking acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I didn’t REALISE that my website was supposed to be a dedicated non-stop salesperson and that the website could only be deemed good if it brought in enquires.

So I met you through BNI and soon realised after a consultation with you that my budget website was PANTS. Not a great realisation when you thought you were finished paying out for marketing.

So winding forward to the present. I am now the proud owner of a RealNet website getting a steady flow of enquiries which lead to a high conversion rate into clients. Within one year the business generated has more than paid for the site. It looks fabulous. Many people have commented to me on the appearance and ease of navigation through the site. I know you have designed it well because I researched ‘What makes a GREAT website’ and Tony, You and the guys at Realnet tick all the right boxes. The future seems so bright too. We have a basic structure in place with an intelligent plan for expansion based on looking at the analytics that show us how browsers are moving through the site. It is all fantastic and exciting.
