I just want to say a big thank you to Kari, Nick and Clare at Realnet for their work on upgrading our websites. Realnet have been attentive, good listeners and when faced with issues, dealt with them professionally and swiftly. The whole Red Balloon community can interact more with the site; particularly the Learner Centres and their new micro sites.

Having a greater degree of content management control means the site can grow and adapt as our needs change and we expand. We were apprehensive at first, however meetings with Kari, then Nick and Clare helped to realise a vision we had for our new media presence.

The other exciting development was finally having a more coherent and seamless integration of our SNS presence with our new site. Red Balloon having finally embraced social media, can now link activity, appeals, campaigns and rally cries much more rigorously and we thank Clare in particular for the nudge on the YouTube channel.

Thanks again and as a charity, we would thoroughly recommend working with this team, and we anticipate a long standing relationship with Realnet.

Over the past 6 months Realnet have provided Masters Direct with a top quality service, and have helped the team here at Masters realise the full potential of our newly established online pharmacy.

We have been working closely with Realnet throughout last year and with their help, we have been able to develop a brand new site, full of innovative design and a new layout that seems to be perfect for the online market, considering the impact it has had on our sales this month!

On behalf of the Masters Direct Team I would like to thank Realnet for all their hard work, and we look forward to working with such a well experienced company on the development of our new website.

I am sure they will continue to provide us with the fantastic and efficient service we have experienced during our time working with the company.

Working with the guys at Realnet was an absolute pleasure. From the very first consultation I knew that my website was in safe hands.

They seemed to grasp hold of my vision for the site and business very easily, which made it very easy for me to communicate my ideas. But, they were by no means passive during the design process. They occasionally challenged my ideas and put across their own perspectives, which I found extremely useful as it provide a greater insight into exactly why I incorporated certain elements and whether or not they would add value to the site.

Throughout the design stage of the site Realnet were extremely efficient in making changes and posting them on the draft site for review. This made the whole process run very smoothly and there was never something that I asked them to do which they couldn't handle with ease.

All in all I could not have found a better web design company to work with. I look forward to continuing our business relationship and am greatly anticipating working towards the phase 2 build of my site!

We are so thrilled with our newly revamped site, it was good before but now it looks fresher and more modern and the new CMS is very user friendly. The new site went live sooner than expected which was an added bonus. We have worked with Realnet for a number of years now and the team is such a pleasure to work with, no matter how many times we call with questions or modifications, they are always friendly and helpful; taking time to explain things rather than assuming we are all technical wizards!

Comment on Toy Tidy moves forward by Helen Coppen

I was first attracted to Realnet by their overall knowledge in the Search Engine Optimisation field and creativity of organic web sites.

Tony and I refer to Google as Mrs Google as she can be easily upset and is not always easily understood. Tony's understanding approach for organic ranking of www.toytidy.com has reduced spend by 1/3rd on AdWords - Toy Boxes and Toy Storage rank 7 and 2 respectively on page 1.

We are hopeful that our new category of children's furniture will follow them on to page 1 soon!

The Realnet design approach has been developed further in our recent upgrade and redesign of www.toytidy.com which looks great and met all our objectives for improved consumer experience and back end functionality.

Realnet and ToyTidy continue to work closely, creating the site was just part of project, developing the new site as technology evolves is team work.
